Founded in 2010, SYLO | Beyond HR is one of the more established independent HR consultancies serving the Thames Valley. The business has grown into a well‑established, multi‑professional HR practice supporting organisations across Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, and the wider region.
As Managing Director, Sarah leads a team of exceptionally talented HR professionals, drawing on her own extensive background in HR leadership across start‑ups and global corporates. Her expertise spans resourcing, learning & development, organisational design, and the delivery of complex people‑focused projects.
Alongside her leadership role, Sarah is a qualified mediator and is known for her calm, pragmatic approach to conflict resolution — an area she genuinely enjoys – including the challenge and opportunity to help people reach meaningful agreement.
Her career includes time working for HSBC, PwC, Coca‑Cola, Ladbroke Group and Cadbury Schweppes.
